It is best to choose an address where it will be convenient for you to receive the shipment. Delivery hours are Sunday-Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., so there is enough flexibility to choose the place that is most convenient for you.

Yes, sure. If you have not yet received an update from the delivery company that the package is on its way, you can contact customer service on Sunday-Thursday between 08:00 and 15:00 and change the address. If you have already received an update from the shipping company that the package is on its way, you can update them directly through the link in the SMS you received from them.

You can authorize the courier to leave the shipment by the door or in the electrical cabinet. It's just worth paying attention - in this case we cannot be responsible for the damage or loss of the shipment. By the way, when the package leaves, we will send you an SMS message from the courier company with the option to track the order and arrival times.

You can pick up the package from one of our stores, and it's also free of course. When the package arrives at the store, the branch will contact you and you can come pick it up.
Please note that currently a request for delivery to the branch is only made through customer service. -
At the end of the order, you can choose a collection option from one of our distribution points. When the order arrives at the collection point, we will send an SMS message with all the necessary information. The package must be collected within 14 days. After them it will be returned to us.

You can get a refund in two ways:
1. You can return products you bought on the website and receive a monetary credit for them within 30 days of the purchase at one of the Mia stores. We will be happy to offer a credit upon presentation of an invoice. The financial credit will be made according to the price that appears on the invoice and through the means of payment with which you made the order.

Exchanges and returns - stores

You can exchange or return items you bought in Mia stores up to 14 days from the date of purchase. To exchange or return items you need to arrive with an invoice or exchange note.
Items of clothing and footwear purchased at the end of the season can be exchanged or returned up to 5 days from the date of purchase.
Items bought at a 70% discount can be exchanged or returned up to 2 days from the date of purchase, for which a cancellation fee (50% or NIS 100) will be charged, whichever is lower.

If you regretted within two business days of the purchase, you have the invoice, you can get a full refund for the payment method from which the transaction was made.
Items bought with gift cards or credit can be credited and not refunded.
